Opportunity

We recognise the importance of engaging the right skills at the outset and we have a simple approach to enlist our support. When considering advisory services you expect responsiveness and the ability to easily talk with the right people. They need to answer your questions and provide good advice. You may contact Café with a specific business issue that you need help with or a more general enquiry.

Selection

We undertake to work with you and your organisation from the outset, to apply business design that achieves the right outcomes. We work with your teams and other specialist services that you may already have. Our service-based approach allows us to provide you with design capabilities when you need them and we work with and alongside in-house teams as well as other parties that you may have engaged. We offer straightforward commericial arrangements to suit your needs, with Subscription and Pay-As-You-Go, along with packaged service offerings.

Onboarding

Forming a partnership with Café Associates is the first step to successful delivery. We’ll work with you to rapidly mobilise our joint capabilities, provide an online collaboration platform and orientation on agreed ways of working. We create a virtual Community of Practice blending our capabilities with your in-house teams to provide responsive and flexible business design service for your organisation. Our first step is to collectively understand business imperatives and construct a Priority Outcomes Plan.

First Delivery

The first delivery is key to establishing trust and ways of working. Café Associates will deliver a series of tasks defined in the Priority Outcomes Plan. The virtual Community of Practice allows our Design Partners to be deployed on tasks with minimal learning curve and focus on achieving the right outcomes. The Head of Practice ensures that the Design Partner capabilities are ideally matched to the tasks at hand and only utilised when needed.

Service Evolution

We work on the basis that long-term partnerships with our clients will build on the first delivery and be guided through periodic updates to the Priority Outcomes Plan. We apply a continuous improvement culture. As the service evolves, our understanding of your organisation and the operational context will grow, enabling us to assist more strategically and refine our service as the business evolves.
